A) For 43 years Mr, B has chaired the Annual Christmas Feeling Fund a local Charity that helps the needy at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

B) He has spent 45 years on the St. Francis Council of Regents

C) Served 5 years on the SFP Alumni Board of Directors

D} 43 years as President of Delaware County Real Estate as a Broker and

Appraiser, in Stamford, New York

E) 58 years in the Knight of Columbus and two years as the Grand Knight

F) 25 years as the Vice Chairman of the Delaware County Republican Committee.

G) 30 years in Who's Who in America

H) 20 years as a Knight of Malta

I) 25 years as a member of the Board and Secretary of the Delaware County
Industrial Development Agency

J) Past President of the Otsego-Delaware Board of Realtors and a member of
the Board of Directors.

K) Board of Directors of the New York State Association of Realtors for 5

L) Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors.

M) 45 years as President of Stamford Financial

N} Received the John Fitzgerald Kennedy award from St. Francis College in
