I am Evelyn Kuhn. I am a licensed real estate salesperson. I have lived in Delaware county for 25 years. Originally from coastal South Carolina, born and raised in the lowcountry of Beaufort County.
I have spent more then half my life here in Delaware county, NY. Arriving in NY in 1998 and married in 2001. I have 3 children, Henry, Charlie and Sally. I first received my real estate license in 2003 and started working part-time as an agent and after 2 years decided to be a full time Mom. Over the years my husband and I purchased a number of different properties as investments. Once the kids were old enough to be in school I came back to real estate and in 2013 I came back fulltime. Real estate is not just a hobby but it is something that I truly love. This area offers so many different types of homes from little ski chalets on 2 acres to million dollar 1800's farmhouses on 100 acres. Delaware county is made up of all types of homes, lands and they are spread out all over.
